Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to find your way through difficult moments. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want to honour that step. My role as a counsellor is to walk alongside you with care, compassion, and curiosity—supporting individual adults and couples to understand themselves more deeply, heal old wounds, and live life in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you. I value the complexity of who we are—mind, body, and spirit —and I bring this into my work to support deep, holistic transformation.

My Four Part Approach to Emotional Wellbeing

I believe that growth and healing happen when we feel safe, supported, and connected. My practice is guided by a clear four-part structure that supports emotional regulation and living more fully:

Awareness

Becoming aware of emotions, body signals, thoughts, and behaviours is the first step to change. Through gentle exploration and somatic awareness, you’ll begin to recognise patterns and understand the deeper needs behind your emotions.

Understanding

Together, we’ll explore the roots of unhelpful beliefs, communication styles, and relational patterns—often shaped by past experiences and trauma. This process helps you make sense of why you feel and respond the way you do, and opens space for compassion and new perspectives.

Reshaping

We have the opportunity to focus on shifting false beliefs into new truths, practicing boundaries, and learning practical strategies to regulate emotions and manage life’s challenges. This stage is about building resilience and creating healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Living Fully

Here we explore new choices with clarity and insight. We practice implementing new learned strategies and skills that align with your values and beliefs, which help cultivate authentic connections and relationships.
